A little spearmint for your brownies. 

Last night I made delicious spearmint brownies. 😋

Today, I’m sharing the recipe with you.

What you will need:

Brownie mix(I used Annie’s organic brownie mix).
It called for two eggs.
1 tablespoon of water
1 stick of butter
But, follow whatever your box says.
Add 2 drops of Youngliving’s Spearmint Vitality.

The box said to preheat the oven to 350 F so that’s the temperature that was used.

Let them bake for 15-20 minutes.

Once you’ve checked them and made sure they’re done, let them cool a bit.

And you are ready to eat! 😋

Feeling fruity!

I’m feeling fruity guys! 
I’m so excited to share a breakfast recipe with you all this morning. 😃

This mornings breakfast consisted of cantaloupe, blueberries and yogurt on top with 2 drops or less of Ginger Vitality(I recommend 1, ginger can be really strong).
Mix the Ginger Vitality in with thd yogurt first, then put on top.

Fun fact: Ginger Vitality helps support digestion and relieves anxiety. amazing right?

Iced Peppermint Mocha Recipe 

Good morning!

If you are a coffee lover like me you just can’t get enough of it. Am I right? Some days I think I drink between 3-4 a day…… 

Summer brings hot weather & iced drinks. Which is why I am bringing you guys a special blog today. 

Iced Peppermint Mocha recipe:

1. 1 tsp of Un-sweetened Cocoa Powder
2. 1 drop of Pepperming Essential Oil.
3. add in Coconut Milk(or almond milk or any alternative)
4. Dont forget the most important ingredient though. the COFFEE.
5. Stir it or blend it.
6. add sweetener if necessary.

Hey guys! 

This is a fun little DIY project: Homemade Toothpaste
What you will need:

-Young Living Thieves essential oil(I use anywhere between 5-10 drops, it’ll get you a long way)

-Coconut Oil

-Baking soda

-Sea Salt

Essential Oil Sunburn Relief

hey fam.

spring weather is back. baseball season has started. it’s great weather to lay a blanket out on the ground and read a book or maybe catch a tan. maybe you went to that family barbecue.

but ooops! 

you realize you either forgot that sunscreen or it wore off while you were outside.

we all don’t like it when we get sunburns. our bodies are red like tomatoes, and it burns. it hurts. it makes it uncomfortable to relax or sleep. we experience the redness. the sting.

All grace and ease! Here’s a simple DIY Essential Oil Sunburn Relief.

What you need:

-Lavender essential oil(2-3 drops

-Peppermint essential oil(3-4 drops)

-coconut oil(about 3 tablespoons)

-aloe Vera(I didn’t have any so I opted out of this)

The peppermint Oil is a natural analgesic. a pain killer. it provides a soothing sensation. 

Lavender Oil reduces the sting of burns and reduces the redness.

Cinnamon-Apple Crumble

We all crave desserts. Sometimes we go on Pinterest and pin these delicious recipes that we want to make but sometimes never get around to.

Ingredients needed:

For the Cinnamon-Apple Filling:

  1. 3 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced.
  2. 3 drops Young Living Lemon Vitality.
  3. Juice of 1 Lemon
  4. 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  5. 2-3 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
  6. Pinch of salt

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Oats
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Stick(4 ounces unsalted butter)

For Vanilla Wolfberry Caramel Sauce

  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Water 
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream or half-and half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup Young Living dried wolfberries

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

To make the Apple Filling:

  • In a small bowl, toss the apple slices with the Lemon Vitality, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and set aside.

To make the Crumble Topping:

  • In another small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt with a fork until uniform.
  • In a baking dish, melt the butter in the microwave until about half melts. About 10-15 seconds on high.
  • Pour the butter into the flour mixture and mix with a fork. 
  • Leaving the excess butter in the baking dish, arrange the apple slices in the dish. 
  • Top with the flour-oat mixture.
  • Bake until the apples are cooked through and the topping is golden. 
  • About 45 minutes.


To make the Vanilla-Wolfberry Caramel Sauce:

  • In a medium sized sauce pan, mix the water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium/high heat. 
  • Allow the mixture to boil, without stirring, but you may need to swirl the pan to avoid burning or sticking.
  • Boil until the sugar mixture is a light golden brown for about 7 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stirring vigorously while adding butter and cream.
  • The mixture will bubble.
  • Add the wolfberries and stir to incorporate.
  • Return the pan to the heat and bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Stir in the vanilla extract and strain the sauce before drizzling over the crumble.
